Hello, I am Wil Fieldhouse, and I would like to
introduce myself. I am a father, husband, brother, and son.
I am also a committed hospitality professional who loves the hotel business.

I live in California now, but my career in the hospitality business has covered forty years, four states in America and the countries of Vietnam, Cambodia, the Philippines, Indonesia, India, and China.

My career has included leading hotel teams in downtown, airport, residential, resort, historic and high volume properties. I have also had multi-property experience in which I had ten General Managers reporting directly to me at one time.

Part of the joy I get from working in hospitality, and one of the reasons I want to extend my working life, is to continue working with amazing people.

Spearheaded business operations of 5-star Pullman Bali Legian Beach resort property with 365 guest rooms on the sunset beach in Bali, Indonesia.
